Jim Rakievich

Jim Rakievich is the President and Chief Executive Officer of McCoy Corporation and has been since October 2002. Mr. Rakievich has over 20 years of experience in the transportation sector. He was the Regional Manager of Kleysen Transport from 1987 to 1996. Mr. Rakievich is a 1982 graduate of the Heavy Duty Technical program at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and attended the J.L. Kellogg Executive Development program at Northwestern University in 2001.

Prior to his appointment as President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Rakievich was the Chief Operating Officer from February 2001 to October 2002 and the Vice-President, Service from February 1999 to February 2001.

Mr. Rakievich has been a director of McCoy Corporation since 2002.

Kerry Brown, B.Comm., CA - Chairman

Kerry Brown is the President and Chief Executive Officer of CMW Management Inc., a private investment holding company based in St. Albert, Alberta. He achieved his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta in 1979 followed by his Chartered Accountant designation, also from the University of Alberta, in 1982. He was employed with Ernst & Young, Chartered Accountants from 1979 to 1986, the latter portion of which he was Manager of Entrepreneurial Services. In addition to his activities with McCoy Corporation, Mr. Brown sits on the board of directors of several other public companies, including Homebank Technologies Inc., Equitech Corporation and First Yellowhead Equities Inc.

Mr. Brown has been a director of McCoy Corporation and its predecessor since 1995 and he is also a member of the Governance and Compensation Committees.

Frank Burdzy, MBA

Frank Burdzy is currently Vice President of Operations for Superior Propane in Calgary. Mr. Burdzy holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Regina. Mr. Burdzy brings additional business acumen to the Board, particularly in such areas as strategic business planning, business operations, finance and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Burdzy was appointed a director of McCoy Corporation on October 26, 2005. Mr. Burdzy also chairs the Audit Committee.

Terry Chalupa

Terry Chalupa is the President and General Manager of Abalone Construction Western Inc. and also the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Abalone Construction Services Inc., both located in Alberta. He has held both positions since 1983. Abalone is engaged in all facets of the heavy construction industry, including excavation and site preparation, throughout Alberta.

Mr. Chalupa has been a director of McCoy Corporation since June 2001 and is also Chair of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Governance Committee.

T.D. (Terry) Freeman, CA

Terry Freeman is a chartered accountant and Managing Director of Northern Plains Capital Ltd., a private equity firm specializing in growth-oriented oilfield services and energy industrial investments. Mr. Freeman currently serves on the Board of Directors for Flint Energy Services, where he has held a senior financial role for 15 years and has been instrumental in increasing annual revenue to approximately $2 billion. Mr. Freeman is also Chairman of Parelite Investments Corp., a private company in the camp and catering and surface equipment rental business. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and is a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) Directors Education Program.

Mr. Freeman was appointed as a director of McCoy Corporation in September 2009.

John Howard, CA

John Howard is a chartered accountant and the Managing Partner of Howard Coyle Associates, an Edmonton based chartered accounting firm. Mr. Howard articled and trained in audits with a national accounting firm; in public practice for 18 years; planned, conducted and participated in numerous audits of small-to-medium sized companies; audit committee member of a public company with $900 million market capitalization for 6 years.

Mr. Howard has been a director of McCoy Corporation and its predecessor since 1995. He is also a member of the Compensation Committees.

Carmen Loberg

Carmen Loberg is President of NorTerra Inc., a company that provides air and marine transportation and related industrial services throughout northern Canada and the arctic; and is also a supplier of heavy equipment attachments and truck-mounted cranes. He is also a principal and co-founder of C.T. Aeroprojects Inc., a Calgary-based consulting and asset management company active in the regional commuter aircraft and equipment leasing business. He holds directorships in several private companies and is an active member in air industry associations.

Gordon McCormack, CA

Gordon McCormack has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Hyduke Energy Services Inc. since 2004. Hyduke is an integrated oilfield services company providing oilfield products and services to the drilling and well servicing industries in Canada and overseas. Prior to joining Hyduke, he articled with Ernst & Young LLP, where he specialized in the assurance and business advisory areas focusing on clients primarily in the oil and gas service sector.


Other Officers

Milica Stolic, CMA

Milica Stolic, was appointed Chief Financial Officer of McCoy Corporation effective February 2008 and the Corporate Secretary of McCoy in September 2009. Ms. Stolic joined McCoy in January 2000 and has progressed through several increasingly senior financial positions becoming Controller in 2003 and Director of Finance in 2004. Prior to joining McCoy, Milica spent six years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP becoming a Senior Associate before leaving to assume the position of Controller at another Edmonton public company. She holds the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation.

Andy McEachern

Andy McEachern, previously General Manager, Peerless Limited, accepted the position of Vice President, Trailer Manufacturing in June 2008. In his new role, Andy will provide leadership to the trailer manufacturing segment with a focus on growing the business to position McCoy as a leader in this market. Mr. McEachern was the Manager, Advanced Manufacturing for Peerless following ten years as the Engineering Manager. Mr. McEachern obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1987 from Carleton University in Ottawa and has completed the Executive Development Program at the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Chicago.

Shawn Johns

Shawn Johns, Vice President, Truck & Trailer Products & Services. Mr. Johns brings 20 years of industry experience and has been with the corporation since 1998. He has held several management roles including Branch Manager in 2000 and General Manager, The Real McCoy Service Centres, in 2007. Mr. Johns oversees all three The Real McCoy Service Centre operations as well as three Peerless Limited retail locations located in Alberta and British Columbia. Mr. Johns has completed the Executive Development Program at the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at the Northwestern University in Chicago.

Tom Watts

Tom Watts, Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to joining McCoy Corporation, Mr. Watts spent 6 years with Sherritt International Corporation's Coal Division as the senior human resources professional. He has extensive human resources, labour relations and management experience along with a B.Mgmt (Labour Relations) and B.Sc. (Psychology), both from the University of Lethbridge. Mr. Watts will be responsible for human resources, including recruiting, retention strategies, benefits, communications and employee relations for McCoy Corporation, its divisions and wholly owned subsidiaries
